ZLB3-500F extrusion granulator components:

The main components of this machine: granulation system, pressing system, discharging system, whole granulation system, air cooling system, water cooling system, air sealing system, electrical system, frame, etc.

Granulation system: independent frequency conversion speed regulation; equipped with granulation blades and granulation knife holders, the connection between the blades and the knife holders adopts a step-by-step adjustment method, which is convenient and accurate to adjust. The screen installation adopts a hugging design, which is easy to disassemble and reliable to use.

Pressing system: independent frequency conversion speed regulation; equipped with pressing blades and pressing knife holders, the connection between the blades and the knife holders adopts a stepless adjustment method, with a variety of combinations, combined with speed control to achieve different feeding speeds and pressures.



Discharging system: independent frequency conversion speed regulation; the design of the extended discharging tray makes the discharging smooth and less loss. The driven gear is made of high-strength engineering plastics, self-lubricating, and does not require oiling and maintenance.

Whole granulation system: independent frequency conversion speed regulation; the whole granulation system makes the length of the finished cylindrical particles basically consistent. Reliable cantilever design, stable and quiet operation.


Water cooling system: controlled by an electronic thermostat, the temperature control is quantified and automated; the latest labyrinth forced water cooling technology makes water cooling achieve significant effects and effectively reduces the discharge temperature.

Air sealing system: the air sealing pressure is controlled by a pressure regulating filter; the air sealing is located at the joint between the pelletizing bottom plate and the pelletizing shaft, effectively preventing internal feeding.


Electrical system: the core components are Schneider and Delta brands; forced air cooling pipes are designed at the components with high heat generation to effectively control the heat generation of the electrical appliances.

Frame: the main materials are 20mm steel plate and No. 10 channel steel; it is sturdy and durable, effectively preventing vibration caused by insufficient frame rigidity during high-speed operation.


Air cooling system: independent frequency conversion speed regulation; the latest bottom-blowing air cooling technology makes air cooling achieve significant effects, effectively reduces the discharge temperature and prevents material agglomeration. The air outlet is uniform, with its own air source, and no large air compressor is required.
