1. Before starting up, check the three components of the air source, drain the stored water, and ensure sufficient oil level.
2. Ensure that the dryer equipment has good grounding, and the temperature instruments on the equipment should be calibrated.
3. Inspect and maintain components, such as adding lubricating oil to bearings, adjusting pulleys, checking electrical circuits, door rocker arms, pipeline connections, etc., and fixing them.
4. Raw material fire failure may be due to design issues with the dryer equipment, or the inability to absorb raw materials causing a fire inside the dryer. In addition, it may also be caused by human factors, such as forcibly heating a too small dryer to achieve the drying effect and causing a fire. At this point, it is recommended to replace and modify the dryer equipment, check whether the dryer is installed correctly, whether there is any air leakage or increased air pressure, etc. Properly use the dryer and be cautious in increasing the temperature to avoid causing fire.
5. The problem of raw materials not drying at once is mainly caused by the small size of the dryer or improper use of the dryer. In addition, errors in the calculation of wind pressure and flow rate in the wind network can also lead to such malfunctions. You can replace or modify the drying equipment, or request the manufacturer to recalculate the change plan for air pressure, flow rate, etc. If it is caused by improper operation, the operator shall strictly follow the instructions for correct operation.
6. Ensure that the fixing bolts of the machine base are not loose, the tightness of the supporting spring connection is appropriate, and the control, wind turbine, and heat exchanger of the computer board have good flexibility.
7. Keep the equipment clean, wipe it daily, clean the lint inside the dust collection box to ensure ventilation, etc. Regularly open the trunk lid to clean the inside of the equipment.
